Xenon beam won't adjust?

I got some new xenons off of here a few months back. The beam aim was way too low so we adjusted them but my cars just failed the MOT because they're too high now.

Apparently now the beam won't adjust? They've tried and nothing happens. Any ideas what the problem may be? Bit weird that it's both headlights that won't adjust.

Are the headlights on the car? The adjusters inside the headlight may have come apart from each other.

Just double check it tonight with an allen key.

An inexperienced mechanic may be sliding the control in the car for the dashboard brightness by mistake. It wouldn't be the first time...

Otherwise the adjusters can sometimes pop off if they have been adjusted too far.

Yeah they're on the car. Just had a go at adjusting them and the Allen key bit is just turning but nothing's happening
