Xenon headlight LHD vs RHD (interchagable in any way?)

My friend crashed his 172 and now he's looking for new headlight. His glass and plastic inside is broken. New headlight is quite expensive so he's looking for second hand. So in case we found one on this forum is it posible to somehow change it's beam for RHD?
Probably few of you guys came to continental Europe so, how did you addjust beam? Is there any switch or something or is it so different than one should disassemble whole light and change parabole and lense?

You need to dismantle the whole light to change the lens. The light cut from the RHD is different, since it will cut on the wrong side of the road.
