Xenon headlights expensive!

Just been looking for a new ns xenon headlight for my 182! They all seem to be expensive ! Just wondering if i could buy a regular halogen head light and swap the internals? Anybody tried this?

Find someone breaking a 182, doing what your suggesting will involve two things;

1. Cut hands/fingers
2. Over use of the word c**t.

Try valeo, I think you can buy the casing and you just swap the ballasts etc.
