Xenon Light Bulbs

I was wondering which are best and how much I should pay for xenon bulbs. Ebay seems to range from £5-£20? Any advice? Also any recommendations?
 
i managed to get a pair of philips d2s bulbs for about 35 quid iirc, theyre close to a ton off powerbulbs and the like!
