Xenons/HID's

My Clio 197 has the normal yellowish headlights. Can I just buy some xenon bulbs like these and will they fit?

The ones in your link will give a rubbish light output I expect.

They will be much, much brighter but technically illegal, even though everyone fits them

Oh and the type of bulb you are looking for is H7
