Xubuntu Install

I just bricked my laptop attempting this so i need help.

Problems:

The laptop only has a floppy drive/1 usb port.
The previous os (Windows ME) now refuses to boot.

I think i can fix the ME issue but i need to know this:

Is it possible to copy the ISO to a partition on the HDD and install from there?
How do i do it?
