Yellow bulbs?

I remember trips to france when i was younger, a lot of the cars over there had yellow headlights.

Is this still the case, and are they legal over here? Any idea who would sell them?

Yeah i've seen a few pics on here, some look good, some look gash.

I'm after the bulbs though. They were so popular in europe in the past, someone must still manufacture them surely?

I think the french originally said something about them working better in fog but that's a crap reason imo lol
