Yellow Callipers? Or what colour?

Car  Black 1.2 Extreme
I have a black Renault Clio extreme, I will soon be purchasing the standard 172 5 spoke alloys in silver

So my question is what colour should I paint the callipers? I was thinking yellow or red?
How will these look? anyone got some other suggestions?
Or pictures of how these would look?

Cheers, Sam

silver or black, would look nice without being in your face, id go yellow or red personally but im a show off

hmmmm

I might go with silver or black to start off with then tbh
But will they even be noticeable with a black car and silver alloys?

no they wont be but thats the idea with silver or black, because of the alloys youl see more of them and if they aint painted they will likely look ugly, but silver or black and no one would ever notice because there wouldnt be a bad bit if you get me,

but for show go bright red or yella

okay cheers keirravn probably going to go with the black then I think
Presume its easiest to just buy some from ebay or something? how long should it take to dry?

One final thing
I don't have the facilities to jack up the car, take all the wheels off, and spray callipers at home
But it seems a bit stupid taking it to a garage and asking them to paint my callipers?
I am purchasing some alloys soon, so perhaps I could ask the garage to spray the callipers + leave them to dry before putting my alloys on?
Any suggestions?

Hammerite smooth silver for me. Keeps it all looking clean and tidy.

Take wheels off, wire brush, wash with brake cleaner (or carb cleaner) paint with hammerite, leave for one hour, drive off. Done.

if its a garage garage your going to and not just a tyre fitters then i imagine they will be fine with that

also for an extra special finish, follow as above, then once its properly dry (maybe more than an hour) lacquer them, you can also put a sticker of some sort under the lacquer if you want

but just the black hammerite is easy and will look fine ;)

Okay I guess I'le just buy the alloys asap
And some calliper paint then send it off to a garage to be done :)
Sounds like a plan
