Whats the opinion on the S-drives? and good?

Also where can you get these Parada's from (195/45/16) or are there any other good deals out there other than blackcircles, mytyres and camskill????

Buy Paradas if you into dry grip mate, they are pretty awesome.

If you drive a bit spirited in the wet I don't think they are for you tbh.

I bought Parada's from Demon Tweeks, not the cheapest but came next day. I went for 205/40/16 as they fit the rim better. i.e. the rim dont stick out from the tyre wall. I had this issue with 195 Yoko A539's.

I've just put a set of s-drives on my mates Saxo and was very impressed for the price, but have driven an on paradas aswell and would say they are better for dry grip as already said. You can't get paradas in 195/45, they only come in 50 profiles as far as I can find.

I have had S-drives and Paradas. The S-drives will be a better tyre in the wet, and the Paradas slightly better in the dry :D

I was thinking of trying 205/45 parada's (provding they fit fine?) as I only do 6000 miles a year so Im not fussed about wear so much. Also I dont mind if the tyre sticks out a bit from the wheel as ocasionally SHE drives it so it might protect the rim a bit better!!!!
205/45 ok for standard turini's then? or original 195/45?

Price difference between Parada's and S Drives? Had mine on for first time in wet the other day and was all over the place, my R888's are better!

EDIT: About a fiver more for Sdrives!

S-drives are about £90 delivered for 195's (pair) and Parada's are about £160 in 205......?
Just wondering if the Parada's are that much better??
R888 weather aint looking to good at the moment though is it, then again the same prabably applies the the Parada's maybe???

Cheers for that but I need the tyres to fit 16" wheels, I have looked on ebay and thats where im tempted to get the s-drives if I know someone who had them before?

I wouldnt mind the Parada's if I know that 205/45/16 fit fine on the original wheels......

I had my R888's on last february I think it was, wasn't too bad lol!

What are they like in the wet then? ok for sensible driving or hard work? They have got to be one of the coolest looking..... for that reason alone Im tempted...... bring on global warming!!!
