Right lads I have update the list to the most current, I will ring the pub today to confirm they can cater to us all, and then drop a message in here with menu etc so you guys can have a looksie

Can everyone involved in the Doncaster Convoy drop me a text (Should all have my number) so I can confirm numbers to make sure I have plenty of tea/coffee and biscuits lol

Got a great reply from the Snake Pass Inn (The Snake)

They will be ready to cater for about 30 of us anytime around 1pm for food and drink (the manager seemed happy sorting it so we would all be in the same room atleast)

Can cater for more or less depending on turnout at click of a finger really, and tbh they sound excited to have us all

I call that a result for such short notice tbh

I'm the exact same mate, I wanna hit the Yorkshire meets hard and get bigger turnouts than we have had for years

I'm currently looking at Paintballing/ Laser tag/ Go-Karting in different areas as I wanna make sure people will turn up before going even bigger into stuff like RR days like other areas have

I just hope weather is good and people turn up
