you got a hybrid? what mods? what power?



as above, what performance mods have you done to your hybrid and what power isit putting out if known.
 
Mine a prpoer Williams but basically there the same.
Mines got
270 deg Piper cams
Head work with bigger valves (williams has bigger valves as standard)
4-2-1 exhaust manifold
ITG filter
Decat and Maxnex full system.
Hill power custom remap with 7.25k limiter
180hp at the fly apparently
150 at the wheels on the RR when it was mapped apparently.

thats basically what my setup is going to be, same cams, you using a supersprint? would you say raising the limiter that high good? my setup is going to be the same as yours except im having the b/e lightend and balanced. What did your car quater at? full interior?

Nope its a Scorpian system I think I'm a bit of a wimp with noise.

Raised rev limiter is needed on 270 cams they don't kick till 5k. I'd like mine to be balenced and let it go to say 7.5k particulaly as the power still climbing at the redline.
No interier 14.7 quarters I think.

u sure they are timed correctly edde? mine are 285 deg and they come on at about 4 all the way through to 8 where the limiter is. once its mapped the limiter will be raised...esp after ive fitted the H section rods

I think so its been timed by GDI then retimed by Hill power I think.
If only I could keep the car I'd like to given the car some more RPM but hey got to buy a house first.

edde....i'm getting a willy conversion done at the mo, what kind of bhp do you think i'll b looking at roughly or is it too difficult to say?

FSE Power boost valve
Full Magnex + de-cat
Valver manifold
Standard o.e air box with itg filter

how many miles has it done? what condition is it in?

you have to consider that its likely to be a minimum of 10 years old

roughly 150bhp, maybe a tad more, maybe a tad less.

*edit* having said that a remap will help things along.....

i didnt see remap the first time...this will help you to see a bit more

yes, it is apparently a good engine

Why would you put an fse on they are s**t...? Pity you did'nt get the supersprint manifold too

FSE power boost valve was in the car when i bought it. Is it worth removing?
Hoping to get a supersprint manifold from Hill Power and then get it mapped....all in good time my friend:D Just wanted to get a rough idea..engines not in yet anyway.
