Your preferred choice of products?

Just wondered if anyone has a favourite list of products they like to use on their cars? Everyone has their preferences but interested to see what people like. I guess my list is as follows -

Foam : Valet Pro PH Neutral Snow Foam
Shampoo : Dodo Juice Born to be Mild/Bilt Hamber Autowash
Clay : Sonus Green
Polish : AG Super Resin/Dodo Juice Lime Prime
Glaze : Poorboys Blackhole or Diamond White
Sealant : Dodo Juice Red Mist
Wax : Collinite (845 or 476), Dodo Juice Supernatural, Finishkare 1000P, Dodo Juice Blue Velvet Pro
Quick Detailer : Chemical Guys Speed Wipe

Now obviously I don't use all of these products at once, only one wax or polish etc but tends to depend on the car I'm detailing.

Any favourites from you lot?

Shampoo : GWash and a close 2nd BTMB
Clay : Zaino Z18 is fantastic as is BH soft clay especially for the money
Polish : Menzerna 106FA
Glaze : Prima Amigo/Blackmax Britemax
Sealant : Gtechniq C1 - Easier, Werkstat Jett
Wax : Glasur
Quick Detailer : Z6 -Z8 or a Carnauba one for waxes with high carnauba content like Glasur, sonus carnauba spritz is very good

Im a big autobrite fan so mine is as follows -

Foam : Magifoam
Shampoo : Banana Gloss
Clay : Autobrite Ultra fine
Polish : P1
All in one polish: Euphoria
Glaze : Extreme glaze (I've ordered pirma amigo so who knows)
Sealant : Only really used To Seal And Protect by autobrite
Wax : Obsession (most likely to be glasur in a couple of weeks when the parents return)
Quick Detailer : Project 32
Wheel Cleaner : Autobrite Very Cherry

As you can see I'm a massive autobrite fan, that said I'm not stuck in my ways and i will give others a go. I'm going to try the autofinesse range this summer

Wax : AF Desire or Victoria Collectors yellow
Quick Detailer : Britemax #6 or AF Glisten

I'm surprised no one has mentioned any products from Wolfs Chemicals !

Just the wheel deironizer alone can give iron-x or bilberry a run!

Deironizer takes longer to work than Iron-X. And numerous tests on DW have shown it to be not quite as effective.

Agreed. Actually, I think its b****cks. it took 20 mins to start bleeding in the cold weather. iron X started within about 2 mins in the same temerature. Iron X is a better product also.

Buy cheap buy twice.

Im not sure about Body Wrap. Its strange and a little fussy. Sure it lasts a while but on the higher pickup areas of a car its dead within a matter of weeks. Also needs 2 or 3 coats to get the best from it.

Bodywrap is pants. I don't even understand what it brings to the table.

Z2 lasts longer and I can glaze underneath it ffs!

Have you seen Gtechniq C1.5?

Body wrap seemed like too much effort and too fussy to interest me and try it. Going to all that effort I'd rather C1

seen the brief video of C1.5, can't really work it out TBH, fractionally better durability and beading / sheeting than C2? Plenty of questions have been asked including myself but Rob hasn't been forthcoming with answers last time I logged in (goes away to check fr updates) Talks of it being a ceramic coating but not confirmed any scratch resistance as C1. Granted it looks simple to use but so is C2.

tempted to try it if they do a HTST deal once I get back from France

I can only see it being like a much improved version on C2. Can't really be anymore than that in a spray bottle surely.
