Yozza Sport Backbox

  ClioSport 172 Cup
I don`t suppose if anyone knows whether you can buy the YozzaSport backbox separate?

I want to replace my great heavy lump of a twin Magnex box for one(I know it will require some chopping and welding to fit it) and I can only really afford £100, I shouldn`t imagine that it would be much more than that on its own?

I cant say ive ever seen just a backbox?
I'd think it would be quite a lot more than that for a new one if you could get one though mate. I'd just keep saving until you can get the full system.

This is rubbish, your telling me I have got to buy an entire new exhaust system just because I want to change my backbox?? + it will need modifying anyway as I`m running a 182 manifold and 182 cat..so its more hassle actually getting the entire yozza system.

You will need the entire system, pointless otherwise, don't do things in half measures, get the full system with a 182-172 join on it. You will not regret it.

Yozza's are built to order mate, so it won't be any more trouble that you have a 182 manifold.

Save and buy the whole system. It's the only way. Remember, if you do it that way, it also means that you can sell your current system.

From the cat to my backbox its going to be the same 2.5 inch mandrel bent stainless with centre resonator as my current Magnex, they are all made of the same stuff and to reasonably high standards...don`t see the point in buying that section again when I can just look at getting a new stainless backbox. I agree £100 is a little too cheap, I`ve been looking at other makes of stainless backbox and they are at least £130.
I`m watching a Cybox 4 inch exit box on Ebay at the moment for £134, might just consider getting that if I can`t find a yozza as the shape and design looks very similar.

Cheers,

Samuel

If you paid you membership, you'd be able to see the traders section and ask Fred@BTM (who makes Yozza's) yourself. Problem solved.

Fred does not make the Yozza's :/

'Imports and distributes' i believe are the words you were looking for

"imports" from a local firm who makes them for him to the patented design.

seriously? , i thought the full system was only £381 or something when i last looked? So the cat section back to the rear silencer is only about £100 or so?

Correct me if I'm wrong but is the Cybox not just rebranded "rage" rubbis? If it is they shouldn't be more than £60 even at halfrauds

Ah right didn`t realise they were Rage. This one I looked at was on Ebay. I might try Halfords at the weekend as they say they can order something in If I give them an example of what I`m looking for. A stainless backbox is just the same as any other as far as i`m concerned, a metal container with baffles that allows exhaust gases through, 80% of the backboxes out there probably come from the same place, just get branded differently.

In response to Vesta I have done some research and Cybox were not long ago a division of Peco Exhausts. Since then they have become a standalone brand. I`ve been searching the net and have read good things about the Cybox from various car owners, top quality welding but quite loud from what I`ve read as they are almost straight through boxes!
