Yozzasport extra-low subframes

Without trying to sound too dumbi was wondering if anyone knew what makes the yozzasport subframes lower than the cobra subframes and do they still have runners

if yozza gets them from cobra then they're the same as mine. looks like cobra sub the work out to a blind man. they fit ok but the welding isn't the tidiest.

i might be getting these soon... gonna try mounting to the standard subframe first though without the runners and see if thats low enough for me.

the mounting points in the clio aren't exactly in the best position either. too much flexing at the back.

Yoz/Fred correct me if im wrong - the x-low sub frames are mabe by cobra, you can find them on any retailers website, i think it was Yoz who first asled them to make them for his seats. i know yoz is working on his own subframes tho,

S22 have you got a picture of your subframe, iv got the x-low ones here and can stick some pics up so you guys can compare the difference in the 2.

ill pop out and get a pic now dave.... im on runners at the moment, but i want to ditch them as im the only one who drives it. I was going to try with the standard subframes, but the bolt for the adaption bar gets in the way, and the subframe would require drilling to mount side mounts directly to it, which i dont want to do and then weekend the metal. pics ina sec

right, you probably already have the x-low sub frame, i take it you have the GT width seats?

i have the GT width seats with adaption bars now - i tried and tired for a work arround but with the x-low subframes they need to be on the runners, with the adaption bars - only thing i thought of was a CNC machined spacer that would lift the adaption bar enough so that the bolt cleared on the dipped side of the subframe.

damn mate, thats well high, i was wrong you dont have the xlow subframes! keep the adaption bars and runners and grab yourself a pair of the extra low sub frames, ill get you some pictures of mine in a second, you will sit much lower as they pretty much run along the floor!

They look like the subframes for the base mount seats!

Cheers Dave, they certainly look like what im after.

I want to ditch the runners though cos they rattle and it gets on my tits. If i got these frames, i could replace the runners with the spacers that came with the frames/sliders. That would get me lower, and stop rattling.
