Zhiyun Smooth Q Gimbal issues

Anyone know much about these?

I'm about to throw it out the window.

Won't do anything - the blue light will come on but that's it. Doesn't link via BT or via USB. Won't update firmware and is totally unresponsive when turning it on or using any of the other buttons.
