Sounds like a vaccum leak, check your hoses, and listen for a hissing sound near the intake mani or the throttle body. let me know your findings

Fuel flow seems to be as good as it normally is/has been, MPG has also averaged the same too. Diagnostics seem to state the SFT and LFT are all good. It started instantly after changing the canister.

try unplugging the map sensor and go for a drive and see if car runs better, i wouldnt suggest leaving if off perm though
