I think as long as the panel is cleaned with panel wipe or isoproply alcohol the wrap will adhere fine. I have seen people wrap body panels with big primed repairs. Id email the wrap supplier to be safe.
Nothing really it's done 70k, cam belt and dephaser were done at 55k, I've fitted sportlines to the cup dampers and I'm going to do discs and pads all round. Needs to be faster though lol
Didnt think of buying a new replacement, thought it would have been too expensive. Still would have come in at £300 odd where my current solution cost £60. May be worth doing when I want to sell the car though.
Can post one up tomorrow but, I probably watched 200 videos before I wrapped it so it's pretty spot on, corners are good and no bubbles or marks. Pleased with how it came out
Thanks mate, above the Windows, They are pretty bad. Had a quote of £500 for cash but the guy doesn't use a booth and crap paint would grate on me every time I look at it....
So my BG182 had so many dents in the bonnet I couldn't see past it, I found a bonnet on the bay for £40 but it was a weird purple/blue colour. I got a quote to respray it, blow it into the wings and spray the tops of the doors that need some love also, £750!! So I ended up wrapping the bonnet...
I paid 2200 for my 182 with 69k on the clock. Mechanically sound but paintwork isn't too clever. Pretty much sorted now though. Good luck, great car for the money
I just had my wheels powdercoated and they came out well, they matched the centre caps well but the Clio on badges in the middle are rough with loads of the clips broken. Anyone know if I can buy these separately or do I need new centre caps also?

Exactly my point! If I can get my little Clio anywhere near as fast my the M5 then y Not?! 250 / 260 would be a good figure. Yeah post a link to the build if you can [emoji1360]

I lost the love for the m5 when the bills started adding up, the thing seemed to be on a knife edge. My friend was driving his, all serviced, well looked after and it just threw a con rod out the side of the block for no apparent reason. I sold mine shortly after

Haha i see your logic but I've had fast cars but I love driving the Clio, and in comparison it's cheap as chips to fix and run, I don't use it as a daily so it doesnt need to be rock solid reliable. I'm just looking for a bit more power [emoji16]

So I sold my m5 and bought a Clio 182 [emoji1360] long story! But I love my little Clio, it's an 05 black gold full fat. It has 70k on it and runs spot on. It is time for an upgrade though, I'd like to do a turbo conversion but throwing 5k in one hit at a car I paid 2k for seems a little strong...
My dad has a lift at home so when im bk (in portugal at the moment) ill investigate. Presumably i need to remove the undertray so i can expose everything clean it all down and run it?
Hadnt thought of that, the car has not long been serviced but i was planning on doing oil and filter anyway, probably not too difficult to change the sump gasket at the same time while its drained? I will get it on the lift and have a proper look, hopefully you're right
Hi all,
My first post so go easy! Picked up a 182ff a couple of weeks ago as a little run around, the steering wheel was slightly off so took it in to be laser aligned and it was way out so that is now all good. While on the ramp i noticed the passenger side CV joint rubber was split and...
