I have received a CS.net banner from Brian (Thanks again) so have a way of showing off our colours

I want to give it a good clean before the day and find a way of displaying it but we are 1/2 way there lol

Can we update the list of people that have bought tickets and are definitely going please?

It's got rings in it to bungee cord/or similar to a frame but I don't have a frame or anything

Contacting the guy at CITP to see if he has anything he could lend us etc aswell

Just so everyone is clear:

Start time for us lot is 9:30am as we are in with the show cars anyone not wanting to park with us etc can enter at 11:00am

So for convoy sake etc plan yours to be at the event for 9:00am-9:15am

I think now is an ideal time to start planning any small convoys tbh
newb you wanna meet me somewhere local to us mate? (this offer also extends to anyone in or around Doncaster area)

I'll be travelling from Selby, why don't we all try and meet at Wetherby services on the A1? Takes approx. 25mins from the Services along the A1 so could say meet at 8.30?

Why don't we propose a meeting time off around 8/8.15? This gives people time to get parked up and get anything to eat etc and then a 8.30 set off for Newby Hall?

Hi,

Just one week to go till the Spring Cars in the
Park at Newby Hall. We have 99 cars down and three
confirmed stands.

The venue will have the Cafe open as there are no
BBQs allowed. You can take a picnic; even a
camping stove is fine. Perfect for a bacon butty
start.

Display cars are allowed in from 9:30 with access
for general public from 11:00.

You must have a display ticket to park with our
group. The money raised pays for the venue hire
and insurance.

Even the weather forecast looks very promising; so
far

The above is the route we will take from the services.

If we start aiming to arrive at the services on the A1 around 8.20am, this gives us plenty of time to say hi and grab a coffee etc. Then aim to set off around 8.45am, with a good 20min drive it should get us there nicely in time.

Any thoughts against this?

You could detour through Harrogate and meet up with the rest of us? Won't take you too much out of your route?
