Well since i got the car back i haven't had chance to get any pictures due to rubbish weather & working i attended a local north east meet on wednesday & Sam (Bonxy) took a picture of it so thats all i have a the minute.

When the car got painted i had a non a/c bulkhead panel painted to tidy things up abit, so i fitted that today.

No good weather at all while ive been off & im working till tuesday now hopefully ill get pictures then.

I dug the original ph1 side trims out of the garage yesterday ready to go on once the wheels go back silver hopefully next week, the writing on the 2.0 16v is perfect too no fading, i just need some ph1 rear lights now.

Due to the respray the ph1 kick plates were removed so im getting some stickers made up for the ph2 172 kick plates ive got just to be abit different & custom to the car.

Purchased a new drying towel too.

I changed my alternator over the summer due to not charging, It was only a spare I had in the garage, but it decided to play up too last month, but due to the bad weather I never bothered to change it. I had one more spare in the garage to try & the night before the Malton breakfast meet last Sunday I changed it, but only to find the bearings we're noisy so I decided to make 1 good alternator out of the ones i had, i stripped them down took off the parts I needed & fitted a new set of brushes & fitted it to the car & i now have an alternator that charges again

About two weeks ago Sam(Bonxy) & his girlfriend Rebecca took some pictures of the car for me, I only have a few that's Sams put on his Flickr account at the minute & they have been edited so I'm just waiting for him to upload the unedited ones, but I might as well put these ones on for now
