What is this?

Got myself a dCi 65 the other week and there was a buzzing sound coming from encode the interior light, never thought much of it until now. Took the light out and the surround and found the buzzing thing, disconnected it and now the car doesn't seem to heat up, looks like a thermostat or something?
Anybody any idea where to get a new one?

Adam @ Renault Wolverhampton, you'll find him on the trader section

It's the climate control sensor iirc.

They all buzz- it's not broken. Just turn your music up.

It wont help.

Its the actual fan that's causing the problem.

You need to pull the motor out of the back and take of the fan, then clean it up and put some grease or WD40 on the impellor.
That will lessen the effect massively.

Its the Temp sensor that controls the Temp inside the car, its what tells the flaps which way to go to give hot or cold air if you have climate control.
