What issue, because that's the battery bracket that stops it from moving about.

Is it the fact you can't get to it because the other bolt's in the way?

I think the fact it's the wrong bolt. Need to get something on the arch side as well. That's been "fixed" as original bolt has snapped I reckon.

That piece of threaded bar sticking out isn't the original design intent. This is;

Is the joint loose?

Yeh i think so too, but it seems to be damaging my strut

It isnt loose but again it just seems to be damaging my strut

How do you think it's damaging it? If it's tight it's fine.

Its pulling the mount into the strut

It's no real different to the normal bolt but it looks like it's possibly rusted?

Best bet is to undo and get a big thick washer in between the mount and strut.

What are your views on getting a 5/7mm think square plate and weld it onto the strut ? Like a strenghening plate ?

You only need like a 3mm thick bit and doesn't need to be welded, just bolted in the middle.

Would that bolt in the pic be the reason why my battery sits like this

Slanted , if that bolt is pulled towards the outside more it would pull the battery up flat ?

That looks like the front one that goes into the chassis rail isn't there?

Not sure tbh all i know is my battery is sloping towards my engine

Suggests one at the front isn't in maybe? Or rear of tray is broken? Need to get battery out for a proper picture?
