I'll be honest.. I've never seen an Alfa in this colour haha!

It's that time again, dreaded timing belt/aux belt and water pump. Had it done 3 years a go with the dephaser but recently when repainting my brake calipers I noticed it was all cracked and perished. I'm off to the Nurburgring soon so not taking any chances.

Also ordered some brakes from @George@RTR_Parts, can't wait to get them fitted, thanks again mate!

So a few messages back and forward with @Renault Wolverhampton, I ordered both belt kits and all bits needed. Must say, top service!! Oh, and thanks for the key rings.

And just a quick picture of the re freshed calipers..

Well, after an expensive month with the Clio (again), it now has new suspension, brakes, subframe and timing belts!

New suspension is slightly higher than the old stuff and a little stiffer, but overall it drives much better, and the brakes superb!

Anyway, couple of pictures.

Few more pictures! Just got back from an epic week at the nürburgring. Managed an 8:49 BTG, so quite happy with the improvements I've made to the car.

Thanks! They're pretty comfy. Done 1600 miles last week and didn't get any pains or sore back. Definitely worth the money.

Haven't updated this in a while..

Not much has changed really apart from I've bought an R26 Megane and the Clio is sold and being collected at the weekend. Had an amazing 6 years with the Clio, but it was just time for a change! Hopefully the new owner will keep it as well as I did, I'll get him to sign up on Here. Anyway.. A few pictures of the Clio and the Megane.

its good mate, really smooth and quiet compared to Clio.

far more than the car is/was worth mate. Most places will charge you upwards of £1500 for a full colour change.
