Time trial shouldn't let you change anything on the setup, I know if you could I would shave a considerable amount off, the stock setup is very understeery and bouncy

You can change your set up for time trail, I had a play about but made it slower.

Your steering inputs are very smooth on a pad - I just can't match those with a XBOne pad....

I'll admit I have never played time trial on it, I do have a tune saved in the E30 though, I did think my gearing was a bit different to yours.

Try changing your steering sensitivity to 35 mate, that helped a lot on this game for me.

I've had 30 mins and only at a 1:10:000000 something. Challenging track, seems to be a lot of time to lose in each long corner

Gonna try and get to a 9.x but there is no way I'll get to 8

After watching that 8 video I tried to take the last corner in 2nd and get into 5th before the 1st corner but it's not happening

Just done a few laps to try out the G29 - got a 1:11.958 so a way off the pace at the moment. I should be able to go at least a second quicker I think!

Quite tricky compared to Brands, seems like first gear is needed for some of the corners!

I'm struggling with this one! I made a few setup tweaks - main one being increasing the final drive ratio so that the rpms are nearly topping out along the main straight. I also reduced the throttle sensitivity which seemed to help.

I lowered the rear a bit and reduced the camber to stop it oversteering as much.
