Sills anyone done them?

I have a very small amount of corrosion on the inner sills on my phase 1. I want to tackle this now, if I left it I'm sure it would be fine for a good few years but I'm not taking any chances.

Has anybody done this work? Anybody want some cash to do it? Anyone know a good welder & fabricator in the Dorset, Wiltshire or Hampshire area?
