Caffeine & Machine Meet Up 2021

Hi

After a few chats & posts on here,a small group of us are interested in doing a forum meet up at Caffeine & Machine this July.

You can either meet up at Caffeine & Machine on your own way or sort a region meet & drive up together in your region group,But this will have to be arranged by a member in that area.

I will be sorting a meet up for the Essex/Herts/Suffolk etc area & drive up together.

You will have to book a parking space with caffeine & machines link.

Upto you on what time you able to go as there are time slots on tickets.

Looks like we need to book a time slot?? What’s all that about, can you only stay for the 3 hours? If so when are we aiming to book in?

I think best to get the 9am slot as looking to get there around that time & every time we have been,we have stayed for a while & have never been told to move on.
 
Also i have spoken to C&M and they dont reserve areas for parking etc incase you have not seen this in the oe thread,thanks.

Still be good to do a list to get an idea on how many & who are coming 👍🏻
 
Do tickets usually sell out quickly?

Won't know if I'm off work for another two weeks.

I’ll be coming from Bedfordshire, but will meet the Herts/Essex convoy somewhere.

Right, I've requested the day off, think I'll book a ticket anyway as I'll be gutted if I get the day off and then can't get a ticket!

I’m close to the Herts border in Shefford. I guess it depends on the route you want to take. But I’ll happily travel a little extra to meet the majority.

I think you book a time slot so they have a idea on times on people arrival and how many. I don't think you have to go by that time, can stay all day if you wanted too. We've been longer than our stay before and never been asked to leave.

Sadly the 24th is pretty much the only date I cannot make as I'm already booked in for a charity car show in south Wales. :( Quite gutted to be honest as it would be great to meet up. Hopefully next time... Enjoy!
