is the rear stub conversion kit on the clio 2 worth it?

Hi all, I need new rear stubs for my Clio 182 which im struggling to find new ones for but have come across and upgrade kit ,

Has any one fitted these before? what are the discs like ? is there an upgrade for the discs?

Can't be used on a road car as there is no provision for the abs ring or sensor mounting.

Should be able to find some from a breaker.
