Can’t see why it wouldn’t work. If you look up my last thread, I did the rear lines myself this weekend , using the BRT motorsport rear kit (this does away with the smaller rear link pipes. Might help you a bit

That's the set up i've got.

Works fine, but it is a challenge getting the mid rubber lines off tbh.

Coming to this thread a few years later as ie just purchased some new HEL brakelines from KAM because I needed fronts.
I received the rears aswell not knowing I would.
I remember redoing my rear lines a couple of years ago due to corrosion and I built my own copper hardlines from somewhere in the middle of the rear beam where they attach, going directly to the rear caliper. Looking online it seams like I went too far and I've done away with the flexi on the rear caliper.

Question being: is this OK? Haven't seamed to have any issue so far but thinking about the suspension lovement will this cause the copper lines to deteriorate from twisting?
And is it worth me looking at replacing the caliper bit with the new braided ones and splice them into the hardlines or just leave them as they are?

I can imagine there won't be any difference in pressure ability, just if the movement will cause issues?

Just means you'll need to remove the brake pipe if you ever need to move the caliper out the way for any reason

Thanks for the rapid response.
If that's the only issue then I can live with that.

I had a new calliper last year for MOT, they replaced for new and then put retainer in wrong, replaced pads and disks FOC so I can see there not being much need to remove for quite a while!
