Motorway hell in a Valver

Car  Clio IV 0,9 Tce
Hi Guys

I drove my Valver 190 miles on the motorway, as i was going to a job interview. I love my car to bits, but motorway driving in it, is pure hell. The car is so noisy above 4000 rpm, and you feel like you are going deaf.
I've been looking a bit on some 172 ph.1's lately, and my question is if they are more quiet and comfy on longer trips?

what exhaust is on it?

mine's a dream on motorways.... hear a nice deep bellow after 4,000 rpm :approve:

mk1 172 have longer gearing so they may help the 4k cruising speed lol

LOL, it is no kidding, you need at least 4K to move somewhere. But surely you know.;) But other than that it is awesome. Had a bit of a stint with some guy in a Meggy CC, he pulled up very close, and stayed there.
But then when we reached my "private" stretch of motorway, and the speedo showed 220 km/h, he didn't anymore...:quiet:

my mk1 172 is just as bad. probably worse in fact.

bounces all over the show and straight through s/s exhaust and decat don't help. lol

Mine was defening too on motorway journeys, actually on most journeys.........Still loved that noise though!!! ;)

I've got a standard system on with a decat, cruise just under 4,000rpm normally and its fine. I've sound deadend it a little though. My new Eagle F1's have taken the noise down too.

Just wack the radio up, and enjoy the seats... could sit in those bad boys all day!
