Which calipers from the mk2s fit a valver?

i believe any of the 16v models except the rs? or are they all 16v? i know that the 1.6 mk2 has the same calipers for sure

How come your after Mk2 brakes? Do they offer much difference over the Valver/Willy ones, as these are good brakes. Especially with some braided lines, brembo discs and decent pads (pagid or m1144's)

I've got braided lines/green stuff/new discs but i think my calipers are shafted, and obviously calipers from a mk2 are going to be in far better condition than from an old mk1 valver/williams.

Well, unless you buy some reconditioned ones from like eurocarparts or something. Then they'd be in good condition. But, yeah whatever you want to do.

I was just curious as to why.

All the 1.2 8V and some early 1.2 16V seem to use the smaller brakes but 99.9% of the Mk2 phase 2's you find will have the same calipers as the Williams and valver.s

There the same calipers though just since there newer and lower milage on advarage there more efficient and better at stopping you.
