What Mk is My Clio...

Also could do with some ideas of a few simple mods i can do to her.

It's a MK1 PH2.

K-tec do angel eyes for it.

Colourcode, lower it a bit and stick some nice Renault alloys on an it'll look smart

Light brows are a trick mod (not light masks, they are pure tack).
New rear lights would look good and If you haven't uprated your Audio system, it may be worth investing in some decent audio.

PH1 lights on a PH2 is always a subtle mod, and a PH1 boot door with the PH2 rear strip, thus a cheap way of debadging

Its definately got to be subtle no nasty bodykits and big spoilers (No offence to anyone who likes that kind of thing)
Anyone got any pics of renault alloys, dont want to get any to expensive as the idea of the car was to properly learn to drive before driving my saxo around. So its likely to hit kurbs.

Its got a brand new bonnet on it with no renault badge attatched so going to get the indent smoothed out of where it should go.

As far as alloys got pretty much any renault alloy wheel will fit your car.

i'd say Mk2 Ph2 172 wheels would look good and shouldnt cost too much to buy either.

Or if you want something even cheaper Mk1 Ph2 1.8 16v (valver) wheels would also look good!

on a mk1 ph2 thay do have holes. 2 behind the clio, an i think it 2 or 3 on the renault. pain cos i wanted to take myn of to.

and its gona have to have go faster stripes as well then cos they will make it go sooo much faster LOL

its going in to fixing place (cant think of word i want lol) in a couple of weeks to have front wing fitted, the bonnet hinges re adjusted so they fit properly, the dent at the back knocked out, new mirrors fitted new headlight.... and it just bluddy pass a MOT or im gona cry LOL

A week more like a month theres some proper rank under there, the water bottle thingy (yea so technical) is being cleaned out by the place its going in a couple of weeks as its full of rust and other random s**t.

The holes in the Big black thing on top of the engine, which is the air filter, are to make it a little louder on induction.

Wont do much other than that mate.

Thats one messy engine! Be satisfying when its all done though.

easyest thing to do if you cant be bothered or dont have the time, is to take it to a vallet n get the engine cleaned up by them....it costs a lil but its well worth it.....

well that deppends who u goto.....the higher the price the better the result....i got my car off a vallet so he gave the car a freebe before he sold it to me. as for prices....im not entierly sure but at a guess....£30-100(i never used one before so i couldnt tell u) i do know that being a car vallet is a very high paid job thou if your good...
