Unless its gonna be a monster version like the V6 was I can't see it happening.

They always produce cars within certain brackets, performance and price wise.

Clio 172/182 - £13k
Megane 225 - £19.5k
Clio V6 255 - £26k

Each of them fits that criteria so unless its gonna be way quicker they're not just gonna tweak it so it out performs the Megane by a little bit of even perform the same.

maybe it will be the 2 litre strapped in the back with a turbo so it handles and peforms similar to the V6, but it less expensive to mass produce and much lighter.

Golf is the better car though I'd always take one on choice and Renault realise a car to compete with it is the Megan not the Clio.
