Simple mods that improve performance...

Does anyone have any wee tips for performance enhancing mods that are free/cheap?
I've seen some folk talk about a hose to the acoustic valve, whats that do?

ITG Panel filter, not a major mod but should improve responsiveness a bit - approx £50 delivered from a no of places (K-Tec, Motorsport world etc)

Is an ITG filter really good VFM? You get nothing out of it really... i wish i hadn't bothered.

I'd basically get a new cat back. You get better throttle response, nicer noise, shed a few KG with no middle silencer and might get a bit of power if you got a de-cat as well. Should always be the first mod!

i have. i've got the trumpet end in the lower grill. runs back and up the space behind the headlight is. then stright into the existing air hole in the filter box. i used to run a viper and found this is better. i to have a igt.

Do you get a good note off this Miller? My main reason for this is to get the induction roar!

no you dont. no real change. i didnt like the noise of a IK (have a magnex so get some nose from that). not sure what size the pipe is think its about 6cm
