Rough Idle

My 2002 172 has started being really rough on idle.
Not like the normal lumpy idle but really shaking the car - rev it and it's fine but it's rough as hell on idle.
Any ideas?

Only ever been run on V-Power. I've even tried som injector cleaner but that didn't work either
