It's quite easy but undoing the bolts from the original cat to the manifold can be a nightmare as there is no space for your hands to stop the nut from turning.

I did it myself and I'm not all that mechanically minded!!

how about the release of the lamber sensers easy or hard ??

Nightmare of a job. You need someone laying under the car with another person sat on the engine leaning over the back holding a spanner on the bolt heads. If it's your first time, it will take between 2 and 3 hours.
