How hard is it to dismantle the headlight on a mk2 phase 1 ??

I've got a dead spider in my headlight :S It's been there for a while now, I just wanna get it out.

How hard is it to take the lense off of the headlight ??
(this is on the vee by the way if that makes any difference) So it's fairly easy to get at.

take the bulb out and shake it till it come out?

or put it in the oven then take the front lense off

its true you can put them in the oven for a bit it softens up all the sealent so you can take it apart

This fooker is sitting at the bottom of the headlight, all scrunched up cos it's dead ! God knows how it got in there !
