Will give very little benefit in a 1.4. It supposedly burns better and helps to cleanse the engine in the process. I always use it in my 172.

Sweet will get a tank full on the way from work worth a go prob be about the same as farting out the window

Your ECU hasn't been mapped to run anything higher than 95 Octane Fuel so it shouldn't make any difference really.

However, the cleaning additives they add to the higher octane fuels may help your car to run smoother.

The decision as ever is yours.......

LOL

thanks mate:star:

like i said worth a go isnt it..

Been using V-Power in mine for a while now and get better fuel economy from the car using it.

Yeah agree with you on that! I go through arround £15 a week when using high octain, but go through £20 when using normal petrol....

You've gotta remember though, if you plan on using the higher octane fuels for the cleaning benefits, then you've gotta run through loads of tanks of it before anything happens.
I wonder if it would be better just to buy the fuel additive stuff you just pour into the tank.
