Alarm beep

I assume when you press the remote lock, the car locks and enables the alarm.

The car has beeped once or twice since having it and i am unsure what it does

Same here, it's done it a few times now.
At first I looked around for doors left ajar etc, now I just call it a French piece of **** and walk away.

No the alarm thinks there is still somthing on IE interior ilght. There is a code on this site which your dealer reprogrammes the alarm with. This happened to me. It was ages ago.

Mine does it too sometimes. iirc it is supposed to be telling you something depending on how many beeps it does. i.e 2 for letting you know someone has tried to get in under the bonnet. (I don't think that it is 2 beeps for that, it was just an example) :rasp: Think it explains in the alarm book somewhere. I'll dig it out later and let you know.

is there a way to get the alarm to beep a couple of times when arming etc so you dont have to look at the lights as you walk away to check its locked?
