243lb-ft or torque I think... Yep, I'm happy surprised with the performance/handling of my ph-tractor, but it's just not a vee...

I knew I'd have a job keeping up with the 1*2s, etc but it wasn't too bad. IMO my Ibiza's just a hot hatch that gives cheap thrills and good fun. Your vee does all that but so much better, plus you're getting an experience I'll never get in my Ibiza :(.

Clio V6: the only Renault that'd tempt me back to Renault ownership (that or a ph1 172, Annie's was v nice)

I made a point of holding onto 3rd when I was overtaking on the Dumfries rd so Ally wouldn't catch me in his midrange lol

There is something about Annie's car that everyone wants for some reason, I love it and want to swap her for mines I just love the look of ph1 172.

it's a 50/50 thing for and against mk1's for everyone that likes em someone hates em.

I like the front a lot, hate the interior (ph inferior interior as I call em) if I had one it'd be colour coded with a ph2 rear bumper and lights and a prospeed exhaust cut into the bumper.

i wish i could have tagged along, looks like it was a good day, but the misses wanted a lie in and me in my disgusting 1.2 (the car is clatty outside, got about 10kg of mud up it, i like to think of it as ballast so the rest can keep up-- this excuse also works well for a fat arse would have either been left for dust or, got completely lost, or done on several speed cameras, despite having my side kick senga satnav with me.
but i went for a hurl up through the clydeside, though hazel bank, up to lanark, and thoug carluke, then terrorised the locals of wishaw, upto shots, then spanked down the M8, down the bellshill bypass, tore up the EK express way then chucked it about the back roads to hamilton to drop off the GF the return to wishaw was marred by the police car on me bumper, but it was fun while it lasted.

the cars look mint BTW,id love to own any of them the r27 looks really nice in red, love yo see one in glacier white, think it'd look superb. and that V6, to quote jeremy Clarkson "thats not a car thats pornograpy"
