I have a Clio 182 and fancy getting the decat for it. My car is a '55 plate - am I best to get the manifold to cat fitting kit or will what's there already be good enough to re-use?

Where is the best place to buy a decat? I'm planning on fitting it to a standard 182 exhaust system - can this be done? Will any warning lights appear on the dash as a result of this?

I got a GDI De-Cat for mine and the Warning Light came on Immediately but it still runs fine, You learn to ignore the Warning Light, Fitted Straight on when I had the Standard System and now fits well to my Upgraded System, I'm very Happy with it!!!!!
Got a GDI silenced decat to go on my BTB, can you feel any gains?, is it just more responcive?

I'd go for a yozzasport decat, mine was awesome. Better throttle response and sound. Was a bit boomy, but I think that was the Blueflame exhaust.
Should be fine with the old bolts connections... Mine was fine on a 54 plate, the main reason i changed was because id imagine that a new cat from renault costs a bomb plus it sounds a bit raspier aswell, couldnt say about power as i put it on there as soon as i bought it without really driving it
