PH-Quick mileage

Starting to look at ph1 172's, im hoping to get one towards the end of next month. Im going to have around 3500 to spend, maybe bit more and for some reason i had it in my head that i wouldnt get one with over 60k on the clock.

But ive seen one that would be perfect, but it has 83k on the clock, one owner from new, FSH. doesnt give any other info as towards belts and things.

Should i be worried about mileage?

i dont think so mate,mines on 109k now and still runs great,for that money you should get a nice one,and 1 owner from new is good too,the belts should have been changed on every ph1 by now,so have a check with him,but no 83k is nothing imo

i would def look into it bud,cant beat low ownership,gives yopu a good idea how the cars been treated,its great finding a car with a good owner,but if the cars had 6 owners you dont know the other 5......

how old are you and how how many ncb's? your find someone who will insure you for a decent price!!

Mine's on 56k, all belts changed etc. The engine is as sweet as ever to be honest, runs perfectly. I wouldn't worry about the engine.

It's the rest of the car I'd worry about. lol
