best roll cage

morning folks, im wanting people oppinions on differant roll cages availible for the clio...

obviously im gonna need on for theTT next year and im wondering witch one would be the best, its gotta be light as possible...so no omp steel cage is wanted, im thinking cromo cage or summit.... willing to pay upto 1.5k for the right item

any thoughts??

Mines a show cage, but i presume you need one for track use etc? Is that Matts old car btw?

yeah mate its gotta be for motorsport useage, as ive provisionly entered the timeattack next year....

i think time attack doesnt need an FIA approved cage, could look at the safety devices one, or the ktec full cage or the clio 182 race car cage, i think all will come in at less than 1k

where could i sourse a cup cage from?? no time attack dosnt say i need a cage, just i will feel safer noing i have a cage around me!!!

as with near 500 hp and a single skin clio shall crashing without a cage imo it aint gonna take no prisioners is it

Call R-sport UK, cage is designed for left hand drive cars but i think u can change the bars over.

Options are OMP, Sparco & Custom Cages for a full on multipoint cage.

Or Ktec or Safety Devices for a 6 point.

cheers bud, ive looked at custom cages there the daddys imo, i would be able to have the front suspension bars tho as my engine bay is full!!

cool i think i'll have a tough time tbh...ive got the likes of rh motorsports skylines there is a few rc evos in my class to, although the winner of my class was running a 400 hp charged ctr so who no's!! doing for the experiance not for the winnin
