Is it worth Upgrading to Vista Ultimate ? ?

What the difference between Vista Ultimate and Vista Premium ?

As i have Premium and is it worth the extra hundred odd quid to upgrade ?

And what does the 64 bit mean on the Vista Ultimate 64bit title ?

personally i wouldn't buy an os, would stick with what the machine comes with.

64 bit versions allow you to use over 4gb ram, 32 bit version will only see around 3-3.5gb if 4 is installed.

yeah, i have 4gb of ram and opted for 32bit vista. wish i got the 64bit instead now, as it only "sees" 3gb.

I've got ultimate 64bit and it seems to work a lot quicker on my pc than vista premuim did
It uses to Quad cores intel much better

Ultimate is worth it if you are networking between the PC's in your house and use RDP..... the games are not really worth the extra cash.

There are also enough alternatives to RDP that can be had for free so that is also not really a selling point.
