o2 allow you to after 3 faulty handsets, but they dont give you a great choice.
just call them up and say its an inconvenience, you have lost faith in the phone etc.

As said its probaly orange's shitty software thats f**king it up. Sometimes providers will let you swap handsets to a similar value if the current one keeps messing up. Worth asking if there's something else you'd like.

i think its se phones at th mo, had the k810i and had it replaced 3 times before changing

Like I said earlier, ive changed mine - works fantastically, my mates on orange too and hes on his 2nd K850i - and his camera usually takes too dark pictures

touch wood mine stays ok! It's a great phone, hopefully the next big update makes it solid.

Mine took dark pictures as the flash was out of sync but i did the update last night and it's fine now.

my K850i has been spot on - did an update the other day, took about 10-15 mins but not noticed any difference really, on 02 btw

Few niggles every now and again such as shutter not opening on camera, but rare.

Orange won't let you change, I tried when I got my N70 a few years back as it was sh!te and they just said no....

love the phone, but used my mates iphone yesterday at work...... i know what i want next

the camera will take piocs dark if ur fingers are anywhere near the frontbecause of flash reflecting off ur finger and the camera thinking it is light enough. on vodafone no real issues yet after 2 months
