as above iv had a loud wineing noise from my car 4 a while (not the gf lol) is it beacause iv got budget tires? there full race???

ive got this coming from the rear, thought it was tyres scrubbing but was on the motorway with it going well loud for half hour and checked tyres and liners and its not scrubbing atall . Thought it might be the bearings but it sounds more high pitched to when my brothers went

i thought it was wheel bearings give up after changeing front 2 the a place i got my tracking done said its coz i got cheap tires
