There's been a lot posted lately on various forums about how hard Setanta make it to cancel your subscription with them. "Officially" you have to email them and people are complaining that they are being ignored and continue to be charged.
However if you call 01915013601 that takes you directly to their cancellation department. They'll ask you a few pointless questions, "which team do you support" etc.., before offering to cut the subscription price in half to keep you as a customer.
So if you've been trying to cancel via email call that number and you'll be sorted in minutes. If you're happy with Setanta call that number anyway, say you want to leave and get your subscription price halved.
