Hi guys, a few questions regarding snow foam and the equipment
was just wondering if any one could help me out with
1. what kind of pressure washer is best
2. the bottle i need to use
3 And what kind of products can u mix with the snow foam mixture

To use a Snow Foam Lance you will need a consumer pressure washer with either a Karcher, Kew/Alto or Lavor connector. I use a Karcher K399 which I purchased reconditioned from ebay with a 1yr manufacturers warranty.

There are two basic types of Foam Lance available, the std model with a 500ml bottle and the heavy duty version with a 1L bottle. I find that with the 1L bottle I don't need to rush around the car before it runs out.

There are three different types of foam solution on the market;

1/ Snow Foam - sometimes called Supa Foam, Super Foam or Wonder Foam (it is all the same).

2/ Snow Wax Foam - snow foam with added wax.

3/ Citrus Foam - Highly concentrated foam cleaner.

Get the lance from HERE!!

Mix the snowfoam and warm water for best results. I always started at the bottom of the car and worked up the way. No car shampoo needed but many people play around with different combos to see the results

iv got that karcher, & i must be really thick but i cant get it to work i put tap on by the time iv reached the karcher the pipe has bursted off it,

& you can get that snow foam attatchment in halfords

iv got the Karcher K 2.91MD its in halfords its a small 1 £130 i payed,
the connection o snow foam was £20 i think it was, didnt buy it as i was just after bucket & clay..

good luck if you get 1 on tryin to get it to work by yourself,

mine's weird, all conections are connected, turn karcher on it goes off onits own as no water is pumped through, turn tap and bang pipe come's lose

f**k knos, probably just me doing it wrong, this is my first ever power wash and was excited to use it that i endedup using 2buckets in the end need to find a plumber now to get a outside tap

maybe someone else can share the light on how to use a karcher for dummies lol

Most Karchers will be fine I ran mine on a 7 yr old one. If you have a wickes there own make is made by Lavor which is also a very good make

The £40 i told you about in B&Q will do the job fine

Not in the same league as a proper foam lance. It will just produce sudsy water and it won't dwell very long.
