Excellent though (£4 a pop no problem come MOT time)...will have one of these soon...can get the roof lining/sun-visors ripped out then as well.

Mine has no sunvisors. mot tester saod he couldnt pass it with the strip so i ripped it off in front of him

I was under the impression that the only reason it would fail the MOT was if the wipers hit the strip? Smaller (lighter - MarkCup) wiper blades would solve the problem? Or even a single wiper conversion - got to lose at least 0.003kg from ditching a whole wiper arm

you may have a big thick tar square on the roof under it. good weight saving there! check my thread for pics.

I tried smaller wiper blades but it still the tester wasn't happy. for £4 u may as well rip it off once a year

its also illegal if you have a solid colour strip that touches the wipers, and with the clios they go almost to the top anyway, so just get a tinted one, thats what i have will pass the mot and dont get any hassle from the 911.:evil:
