Just chop the thing down what i did to my old Ph1 still worked the same just a meter shorter !

I'v got a spare standard aerial that came of a ph2 if you want to for free. then you can chop it to see if it looks better?

I just cut my ph2 and my nephews ph1 down and popped the rubber bit back on...the
radio still works fine
