bloody pop-ups....argghh

right, now im getting pissed off with these...

whilst writing this i've had 5 pop ups come up, betfair, bingo etc...

anyone got any programs, advice??

i've cleared my all my browsing history, upped my security level on internet explorer, yet im still getting loads.

Use firefox n adblock and run a check for malware

pop up blocker springs to mind...

use spybot and ad-aware then make sure ie pop-up blocker is on....cant remember the last time i hada pop up!
