bonnet pins!

Car  glanza
just bought some, wondered if anyone else has any on their clio and if they are difficult to fit?

You guys go for the flush fit ones ? They look nice, others don't. Why do you ned them anyway ?

just don't fit them in the grooves at the edges of the bonnet everyone seems to fit them there, they don't fit properly in that location

this is a proper job

heard nasty stories about bonnets on rs's coming up and hitting the windscreen. i also think they look sexual :P i went for the non flush ones i prefer them :) each to their own tho boys

^ oh dear man, if the bonnet flying open worries you that much take it renault for a them to fit the revised bonnet catch on it.

The pins will look tacky on a normal road car imo.

That can happen with pins too though, especially if your c**t of an ex girlfriends removes them before you drive it!

Get locking ones if you do get them, aerocatch ones Fred's pictured are spot on.

I didn't actually! So they replace the catch so you don't have to piss around in the car trying to find the lever?

well, you could take the lever out .

im doing mine as its a track car and i dont want the bonnet flying up halfway round a track,or anywhere for that matter!!

the flush ones look good .

I got my car through its mot with non-flush bonnet pins no bother so I'm not sure if they are an mot fail. Although I live in hillbilly land and probably don't care haha
